HEALTH: Aralco  is a member of AFCANA, the association of sugarcane growers of high-northwest, institution for charity, whose goal is to promote outpatient care to employees and their dependents. AFCANA has the following specialties: Gynecology, Pediatrics, Ophthalmology, General Practice, Geriatrics, Physiology, psychology and dentistry. The association offers exams such as ultrasound and electroencephalogram. All it with no costs to employees and dependents.

Consultations with medical specialties not covered directly by AFCANA can be obtained through the agreement with the "SANTA CASA DE ARAÇATUBA" (for units: ALCOAZUL, ARALCO and FIGUEIRA), "SANTA CASA DE GENERAL SALGADO and UNIMED RIO PRETO" (for GENERALCO unit). In these model of service there is still  dental care for all employees at UNIODONTO.

REMEDY: Agreements with pharmacies in general salgado and araçatuba offer discounts on drug purchases with medical prescription.

GLASSES: Discount on spectacle lenses in optometrists with medical prescription.

ORTHOPEDICAL SUPPORT: Discount on purchasing  orthopedics with medical prescription.

BASIC FOOD BASKET: Provided to all employees within the award for attendance.

TRANSPORTATION & FOOD: Subsidized.
